Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, transit takes 5–10 business days, for a total delivery time of 6–13 business days. Our order cutoff time is 10:00 PM Mountain Time.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. You can also use our Track Your Order page in the menu.

During peak periods it can take up to 5 business days for tracking to update after the shipping label is created. If there's still no movement after 5 business days, contact us at support@fashion94.com and we'll look into it right away.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 1–2 days before actual delivery. Please check your mailbox, front door, porch, and with neighbors or housemates. If you still can't find it after 2 days, contact us at support@fashion94.com.

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify, contact us immediately at support@fashion94.com. Cancellation requests are handled based on the time you reached out, not when we respond.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 45-day return policy. You have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Email us at support@fashion94.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

Contact us at support@fashion94.com with your order number, the item you ordered, the item you received, and photos. After verification, we will send the correct item at no cost to you. Please report incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are also non-returnable. All other items in original condition are eligible within 45 days.

Sizing & Fit

Every product page has a Size Guide button. Click it to access our interactive size quiz — it asks about the category, your gender, and fit preference to give you a personalized size recommendation with a full measurement table.

It depends on your fit preference. If you prefer a fitted look, size down. If you prefer relaxed or oversized, size up. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up — it's easier to style a slightly roomier fit.

Most of our pieces run true to size. Our size guide uses body measurements (not garment measurements) so you can always compare before ordering. Category-specific notes are included in the size guide for items like outerwear or activewear that may fit differently.

We offer sizes XS through 3XL across most of our women's collections. Size availability may vary per product. Check the product page for available sizes before ordering.

The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order in the correct size. Once your return is accepted, you'll receive your refund and can reorder. Contact us at support@fashion94.com to start the process.

Products & Care

Always follow the care label on the garment. As a general rule: wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints or embellishments.

Fabric composition varies per product and is listed on every product page under the description. We prioritize comfortable, quality fabrics that look elevated without the designer price tag — because looking expensive shouldn't mean spending a fortune.

We add new arrivals weekly. Check our New Arrivals collection regularly or follow us on social media to stay up to date with the latest drops.

Restocks are not always guaranteed as many of our pieces are limited. We recommend ordering when you see something you love. If a specific item is important to you, reach out to us and we'll let you know if a restock is planned.

Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@fashion94.com with your order number and photos. If approved, we'll send a free replacement with expedited shipping at no cost to you.
