We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@fashion94.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@fashion94.com. Cancellation requests are handled based on the time you reached out, not the time of our response.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If approved, we will send a free replacement with expedited shipping at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
