1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events such as Black Friday or holiday sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping — We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once your order is processed:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 5–10 business days
Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days
Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 PM (MT)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on local regulations or carrier restrictions.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become visible in the carrier's system.

7. Order Not Yet Shipped

During peak periods, it may take a little longer for your order to ship. If your order has a tracking number but shows no movement, please allow up to 5 business days for the carrier's system to update. If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at support@fashion94.com.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@fashion94.com with your order number, the item you ordered, the item you received, and photos of the article and packaging. After verification, we will send the correct item at no cost to you. Please report any incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

9. Order Shows "Delivered" But Not Received

It occasionally happens that carriers mark a package as delivered 1–2 days before actual delivery, especially during busy periods. Please check your email for delivery notifications, look around your property including your mailbox, porch, and side door, and check with neighbors or housemates. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@fashion94.com.

10. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Fashion94 is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@fashion94.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a confirmed lost package, we will send a replacement.
